‘Tis Not the Season… but Let’s Start Planning for it Anyway

christmasAs we New Englanders cling to the final few days of nice weather, the last thing any of us want to think about is the holiday season. While the Rabbits are staunch opponents to rushing into the holidays before the leaves have even turned colors, we are big fans of planning ahead!

In that spirit, (the spirit of planning ahead, not the holiday spirit) we bring you some inspiration to get you started thinking about your company’s annual holiday card.

1. Make it MORE.

Our favorite holiday cards are always more than just pleasant greetings. They speak to your brand and help keep your products and services top-of-mind.

Last year, BOND Brothers thanked their clients for the opportunity to complete exciting projects during 2014. Our designers animated a pop-up storybook, bringing to life BOND projects in a fun and engaging way.

2. Have FUN.

absEven the most buttoned-up businesses get permission to have a little fun during the holidays!

ABS Capital partners with companies to help them accelerate at their most important stage – it’s pretty serious business. However, their 2014 holiday card was playful (social icons sprinkled on top of the snow) while still being in-brand (with the gift box playing off the shape of their brand mark).

3. Kick it old school… with PAPER!

In the past few years, many companies have taken their holiday greetings online. While we love a unique email design or animation, this presents an opportunity to stand out from the crowd with a mailed greeting. Jackrabbit can help you kick it up a notch with details like metallic inks, specialty paper or a unique process like diecutting or embossing.
