We’re 2/3 the way through with winter, and us Rabbits are certainly excited to see spring on the horizon. That’s not to say February hasn’t been a good month for us though. You can find out about some of our recent happenings here.
Imagine the Possibilities
Redesigning the website for VDA was a lot of fun. They handle corporate meetings, tradeshows, themed events, exhibits and themed retail environments. Which basically means we had a lot of cool images and stories to work with while thinking through the user experience and designing the site. We also added a whole new element, called “VDA Express” – this lets people easily reserve themed decor for their events. You can check out the new VDA site here – and just wait until next month, when we launch the mobile version and wrap up the printed brochure we’re working on!
Revamping a Forest’s Home
Industry: Forest Investors
I have to say, I think the design for the new Forest Capital Partners website is one of my favorites. The project has been in the works for awhile, and it was great to be able to put it live this month. From the creative treatment of the homepage banner and the map of their forests, to the illustrations we were able to re-purpose for the interior pages, the site is able to convey a uniqueness while still getting across all of the vital information.
Up and to the Right
With the HJ Sims website, we had a few things working in our favor. They had recently developed a great new identity, so we had a nice foundation to work off of. We were also combining two outdated sites that lacked in user experience into one newly constructed HJSims.com. Most importantly, they were a great partner to work with, and the excitement they had for the project is something that always makes our jobs easier.
Next month we are looking forward to…
- Going live with the mobile version of the VDA website and finalizing the new brochure – two great companions to the website
- Getting some fresh off-the-press print pieces to our clients—like the Bauer Holiday catalog and the New England Council annual report to name a few
- Celebrating the start of spring!
