The Rabbit Round Up: November

The days may be getting shorter, but we’re getting lots accomplished here at Jackrabbit! Our biggest task this month is working through all of the holiday requests (they start coming in before the red cups even come out at Starbucks!). Want to know about some of the other things going on at Jackrabbit this November? Allow me to share.

Rabbit Round-Up:

Extending a Brand

Industry: Financial

Jackrabbit has been working with The Braver Group for over a decade, so it’s pretty fair to say they’re one of our favorite clients. We have worked on everything from their corporate identity and website, to print ads and invites. Most recently, we designed and deployed a site for their Capital Management Group. This lets Braver more easily get across capital management specific content, and showcases their strengths and capabilities.

Changing a Name

Industry: Coastal and Marine Spatial Planning

Recently, Massachusetts Ocean Partnership changed it’s name to SeaPlan in order to enhance its ability to advance coastal and marine spatial planning around the nation and the globe. Jackrabbit had done the MOP logo, and got to work on the new SeaPlan identity. We wanted to keep some of the brand heritage from the MOP logo, but give an updated look to go with their updated name. We’re excited to get to work on the rest of the new brand collateral!

Expanding our Baltimore/DC Reach

Industry: Financial

In case you didn’t know, Jackrabbit is working on making a name for itself in the Baltimore/DC region. We’ve been lucky enough to slowly grow our presence there, with the help of clients like ABS Capital. Our most recent client is Accolade Partners – a DC based investment firm. We came up with a new, more modern logo as a first step. Expanding on that, we developed a PPT template for them to use, which also features a more progressive look and feel. Now, we’re working on an email newsletter design, and are really excited to continue to grow our relationship with them. (And not just because I like traveling to the region!)

Throw a Snowball at Your VC

Industry: Venture Capital

As I mentioned above, around this time of the year we are super busy with all of the holiday card requests that come in. Some of our favorite cards to design and develop are animated “games” – check out one of our best here, which we did last year for Battery Ventures. We’re currently in the process of coming up with a new concept for this years card, and I will be sure to share that after the holidays!

Next month we are looking forward to…

  • Showing designs to Good Sports, our Carrots for a Cause winner
  • Starting development for Greenstreamline.com
  • Gathering all of the Rabbits for a bowling Holiday Party!
