See what the Rabbits are up to as we celebrate the first full month of fall (also known as the month for Jack o’ Lanterns)!
Great New Things
Industry: Home Design
United Marble Fabricators recently moved into the Design Center in South Boston, expanding their reach and giving the public a place to see some of their work. Over the past few months, before the Grand Opening, we worked on revamping their stationery system – including business cards, envelopes, letterhead and note cards. The goal was simplicity and elegance, but we also wanted to include some visual interest as part of the overall high-end look. You’ll notice the selected design utilizes spot varnishing to really give that feel to the various pieces –
We also carried out their brand essence in a new website, which features bold imagery and simple design:
We’re excited to see their marketing materials on the same high-end (and very well designed) state as their new showroom!
The Future State CIO Executive Council
Industry: Information Technology
We’ve been working on the CIO Executive Council website for most of 2012 – and it was so satisfying to see the site go live earlier this month! The Council site allowed us to really push the boundaries of typical website designs within their space. They were looking for something fresh, dynamic and engaging – and we were more than happy to work with them to achieve just that. The Council is made up of CIOs and IT Leaders throughout the world, and one of our main challenges was getting across everything the Council offers within the constraints of a webpage. Luckily, their members have great things to say about them, which became the focal point for the homepage and a powerful way to quickly introduce the Council and what it has to offer:
Go check out the full CIO Executive Council website and it’s bright, interactive design.
Next month we are looking forward to…
- Going live with the new CONNSTEP website…
- Seeing where our collaboration and creativity leads us during our next LABS day…
- Celebrating Thanksgiving!
