Intercontinental Real Estate’s professionals represent virtually every aspect of the real estate industry. We have worked with their marketing team for over a decade, helping to bring their brand to life. We’ve collaborated on various digital and print projects, including a website redesign and annual investor meeting materials.
Focusing on Intercontinental’s long experience in real estate investment, finance, development, construction management, and asset management was a tall order. We solved for this marketing challenge by creating a well-rounded ambient video to play in the homepage hero banner, which gets across a wider range of visuals that better represent the breadth of services the organization provides.
Jackrabbit was tasked with bringing the Intercontinental website up to date, which of course means special attention to the responsive view. The site showcases the team members and the extensive list of properties across the country, allowing users to filter the portfolio by category or region.
Videography & Photography
In addition to the homepage video, we also had the opportunity to photograph the Intercontinental team. During the website design process, we presented team page concepts that relied on consistent, well-lit, professional bio photos. We were able to coordinate multiple photo shoots and capture the various team members, bringing the team section of the website to life.
