Case Study

Website Design & Development for Atlantic Retail

We created a website that lives up to an impressive tenant roster.

Overview

Atlantic Retail came to Jackrabbit looking for a website that better aligns with their position in the retail real estate market. The site needed to reflect their deep market knowledge, solid industry relationships, and top-notch deal-making experience. Beyond (and to the benefit of) the redesign, the Jackrabbit team dug into the brand, talking to their clients about what makes the Atlantic team the go-to for all things retail (hint: it’s their people!). And the rabbits can’t agree more! Working with a thoughtful and strategy-driven Atlantic team made for a productive relationship and a stellar finished product.

Features & Usability Abound

A top priority and key feature of the site, the listings map allows owners and developers to quickly find available spaces based on what they require, whether that be geographic location, type of property, or square footage.

Responsive Design

In addition to the desktop design of the website, Jackrabbit developed a fully-featured responsive design so that visitors can access anything from broker bios to available listings.

Photography

From coast-to-coast and ranging from urban settings to more traditional retail spaces, Atlantic’s deep portfolio shines on the site thanks to photography that highlights some of their marquee clients. The rabbits enjoyed using interesting angles to capture these unique spaces.
